About Mike

Having worked in the European road freight industry for over 30 years, I joined George Baker in 2015 to start the company’s European road freight division. Despite the company’s long history, there had never been a European focused service within the Group, so we started with a clean slate.

By investing in our staff, we have built a strong team based upon professionalism and experience. With specialist knowledge in all the right places, our team is now spread across 4 European locations, each focused on developing different areas of the business and supporting our customer base in the key areas.

We are incredibly proud of what we have been able to achieve in such a short space of time and are very grateful for the loyalty and support of both our customers and network partners.
