Having worked in a customer-focused role for more than 30 years, my role at George Baker is to manage our CRM database and enhance our customer onboarding process.

My background in the recruitment and travel industries has provided me a great insight into providing a first-class customer experience, increasing customer retention, and driving sales growth.

I play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to manage customer relationships and enhance our new customers’ overall experience, working closely with our marketing team to ensure customers are fully aware of all the services George Baker offers.
