About David

After finishing university in 2007, I joined the company full time to work alongside my father. Upon joining the family business, my initial role was to diversify the company’s services to offer our customers full supply chain solutions.

With now 6 core services forming the George Baker Group, we are very proud of what we have been able to achieve and are very grateful for the loyal customer base that continues to support and grow with the company.

As the Managing Director of the Group, I am very honoured to lead the company forwards and build on the good name my father has established throughout his years of hard work and dedication. Despite the company surpassing its 40th anniversary, we have a young and ambitious team looking both to develop the company whilst upholding the ‘family business’ ethos, that has made us who we are today.
