The George Baker team were proud to support St Elizabeth Hospice’s ‘Hop to It’ art trail, which took place across Suffolk during summer 2025. The trail showcased a collection of beautifully designed hare sculptures, each created by talented artists and displayed throughout towns and villages across the county.
As a supporting partner, George Baker Shipping assisted with the logistics and warehousing, ensuring the hares were safely stored and managed before making their way into the community. By providing this behind-the-scenes support, the team helped to bring the trail to life and ensured the sculptures could be enjoyed by as many people as possible.
This collaboration built on the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting St Elizabeth Hospice, a local charity providing vital care for patients and their families. Over the years, the George Baker team has been delighted to contribute to a variety of hospice projects and events, and the ‘Hop to It’ trail was another opportunity to give back to a cause that makes a real difference in the region.
We were thrilled to see the hares bring creativity, colour, and conversation to communities across Suffolk while helping raise funds for such an important charity.
